• Once you submit your application, the system will prompt you to upload your income documents.

  • Past 2 years W2

  • Past 30 days of paystubs

  • *Other documents may be required depending on your income scenario (1099, self-employed, etc). 

STEP 3 - Submit your CalHFA Dream for All Questionnaire

• Please complete your CalHFA Dream for All Questionnaire.

STEP 4 - We will process your CalHFA Dream for All Preapproval Letter

• If your application is complete, you should receive your CalHFA Dream for All Preapproval Letter via email in less than 48 hours. Our team will reach out if we need any additional information or documents to complete this process.
