As Branch Manager for American Pacific Mortgage’s Sacramento office, it is my personal mission to provide my clients with an exceptional experience in purchasing or refinancing a home. Through constant and clear communication, I strive to ensure my clients feel fully informed throughout their loan process. I know that each of my client’s needs are unique, so I take the necessary time upfront to listen to their personal and financial goals to help align their mortgage with them. In helping my clients reach their home ownership goals and objectives my business is focused on three key areas: People, Passion and Performance.
I believe staying active in the community is important. So, as a proud sponsor of United Cerebral Palsy of Northern California, with the help of the Placer County community, I started an annual charity to help raise financial support for the cause. When I am not originating loans for my clients, you will probably find me spending quality time with my beautiful wife and 4 kids. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, playing basketball, traveling and coaching youth sports.
Tim has lived in the city of Sacramento since 1998. Graduating from Sacramento State in 2001 as team captain of the baseball team, he earned a degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management). Since 2003 he has worked in the Home Finance industry, managing retail branches throughout Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties. Tim and his wife Allison have two sons, Blake and Brady.
Tim is an avid sports fan, enjoying football, baseball and basketball. He is also an amateur BBQ and chili cookoff competitor. When he is not helping families find their path to home ownership, you can find Tim enjoying travel, sports, family and friends. As the Sales Manager of the Capital Office at American Pacific Mortgage, Tim has one goal. His goal is to make sure your experience with the team, in achieving your home financing needs, is a great one. One that you will share with others and develop a relationship that will last a lifetime.
Cheyene has lived in the Davis area since 2004. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2003. He has held such roles as Personal Banker, Senior Relationship Banker and Loan Assistant. He is familiar with the lending industry from the retail and corporate banking perspective. Cheyene lives with his wife Rozie and their son Roman in south Davis. He is a sports and outdoor enthusiast. He and his family enjoy watching and participating in such sports as football, soccer and baseball.
Cheyene has a passion for working with clients. He has a hands-on approach from the beginning of a transaction. He likes to make sure that each client experience is a positive and lasting experience.
Jeremy has lived in the Greater Sacramento Area his whole life and moved to Sacramento in 2009 to study at Sacramento State. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) and continued on to receive a Master's degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Global Business). Having worked both in the public and private sector and also owning his own business, Jeremy understands the importance of providing the best possible customer service when helping others.
While not at the office, Jeremy likes stays active by going to the gym, biking, and hiking. A class in college sparked his interest in real estate investments and he is currently looking to expand his portfolio with rental properties in Florida.
Allie recently moved to Sacramento from Orange County, California in early 2016. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Sport Management) from Concordia University, Irvine in 2014. Allie’s industry insights and creative expertise will provide an exceptional competitive advantage for our mortgage team in the Downtown Sacramento Branch office. As the Marketing Coordinator, you can rely on her to help ensure a positive experience for all American Pacific Mortgage clients and partners.
A former collegiate water polo player, Allie spends much of her free time in and around the water. She also loves being with her family and dog, and enjoys attending sporting events, hiking, and training for endurance races.
Nady has been in the home finance industry here in the greater Sacramento Area for over 12 years. Her passion is to deliver a great loan experience for each and every family. You will work with Nady through the process from gathering of the requested documents, to scheduling your loan signing. Her commitment to the team and business is relentless. When she isn’t hard at work for you, Nady enjoys spending time with her Son Tristan, attending his sporting events, and traveling with him as much as possible. Family and friends are important to Nady, and the Mata Team is just that in her work life as well.
